Returns & Refunds
General Policy
Pinnaclesway is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent returns and refunds policy, subject to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be completed.
Return Procedure
Follow these steps for all returns:
- Contact our customer service at support@pinnaclesway.com to initiate the return process.
- Clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number.
- Await instructions on where to send the item.
- To expedite the process, include a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.
You will receive an email confirming the completion of your return within 72 hours of receipt. If a refund is necessary, it will be granted within 7 days. Keep in mind, if relying on your bank or credit card company, an additional 3-5 working days may be required for the credit to be credited to your account.
Return Cases
- Customer Remorse: If the return is due to customer remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued for the item cost minus the original shipping fee.
- Faulty Product: For faulty products, provide clear images of the defect to support@pinnaclesway.com. We will arrange a return label, and upon inspection, a full refund will be issued.
- Package Damaged: If your package arrives visibly damaged, document the damage with photos and contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Wrong Size: If you received the wrong size, contact us at support@pinnaclesway.com for further instructions. We will provide a return label, and upon receiving the item, we will send the correct size or issue a refund.
- Package Torn: In the event the package is torn upon arrival, document the damage and contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
